Polylam™
The ultimate in security and ballistics glazing, Polylam™ offers fully laminated
combinations of glass, polycarbonate, and/or acrylic. Using a specially developed
interlayer, the durability and resilience of glass can be effectively combined
with the strength and energy absorbing capabilities of polycarbonate and acrylic.
Polylam™ is a two-part, heated urethane system which cures and bonds without the need for an autoclave or UV-curing lights. This eliminates the distortion, warping, and bowing problems encountered with these other systems.
